Incognito Artists entertain Fawaz Gruosi at VIP birthday bash in Porto Cervo

On Sunday 8th August 2010, Incognito Artists entertained Fawaz Gruosi President and founder of luxury Swiss jeweller de Grisogono, at his 57th birthday celebration at the Billionaire Club, Sardinia.

The theme of the night was Crazy Gold and Diamonds and Incognito performers Geoff Sewell, Matt Rawle and Marianne Benedict provided Gruosi and his VIP guests with a repertoire of operatic arias and high energy contemporary numbers to get the party started.

The 300 guests attending the celebration at one of the most exclusive private clubs in the world included VIPs Leonardo DiCaprio and his girlfriend model Bar Rafaeli, model Naomi Campbell and her man Vladimir Doronin; as well as legends Quincy Jones, Janet Jackson and Kevin Spacey.

Incognito Artists were booked to perform at Gruosi's birthday by exclusive event management company GSP.

German Hairdresser of the Year 2010

Incognito Artists - Geoff, Tim, Jeremy, Helen and CJ were invited along to perform at the Schwarzkopf- German Hairdresser of the Year 2010 Awards in Duisburg.

Performing in front of 1300 guests the Divas handed out a fake award, and the show kicked off from there. It was a huge hit, and the team have been asked to perform again at the Austrian Hairdresser Awards in November.

The winner of the evening was 30 year-old Stuttgart hairdresser, Adrian Xhaferi who won the prestigious title ‘German hairdresser of the Year 2010’.

Britain's First Classical Musical Festival

Incognito Artists - Tim, Rob and Kylie were thrilled to perform last night at Spencer House for the launch party of Britain's FIRST EVER Classical Festival - Serenata.

The Classical Festival Company's founder Lesley Malpas , has driven the project from the start alongside Stewart Collins and our very own Geoff Sewell.

Katherine Jenkins and Russell Watson were announced last night as the headline acts, which is just fantastic! Also performing in Dorset will be Geoff Sewell, Faryl Smith, Blake, Benjamin Grosvenor, Emma Johnson and Ruth Palmer.

Whilst Geoff couldn't attend (stuck in Dubai!) there was a great turnout from guests and friends of the Incognito family. Thank you to everyone who came along, sung along, supported the launch and for being excited about the festival. A special thank you to Charlie Mullins, of Pimlico Plumbers, who came down to show his support before rushing off for an interview with Radio5Live.

The rest of the Incognito office team were down at Spencer House to support this fantastic and exciting weekend of Classical music and camping, and we had a blast! Make sure you put the dates in your diaries: 26/27/28 August 2010, and we'll see you there!

Incognito Rock at the Zurich Tennis Open

Geoff Sewell, Tim Rogers and fabulous Incognito Diva Kylie Watt sang for the Tennis Stars at the Gala Dinner for the Zurich Open.

Known in the tennis world from his previous performances at Wimbledon and the Davis Cup, Geoff was asked by the Swiss tennis foundation to come along and perform some songs from his recent album, 'Believe'.

But as an added extra, up popped Kylie as a guest and Tim as a Chef to perform a fantatsic classical crossover show in front of the tennis champs and 370 guests.

The Zurich Open features past and present tennis champions from all over the World. The team performed a fantastic show in front of Richard Krajicek, John McEnroe, Michael Chang, Goran Ivanišević, Stefan Edberg and Henri Laconte.

Three of our fantastic performers, Tim Rogers, Adrian Smith Anna Woodside surprised the children at the Evelina Hospital this week by dressing up as Superheroes and putting on a west end show in the Children's wards. It was a fitting end to the series of stunts the team performed in the lead up to Christmas and the children, staff and parents loved the opera-singing, lycra glad performers. It proved to be an emotional experience and left a lasting impression on all involved. We'll certainly be going back.

Wedding Ideas Awards 2010 - Surprise Performance

The Andaz Hotel in Liverpool Street, was last week host to the Wedding Ideas Awards 2010 and Incognito were invited along by the magazine to perform as a surprise for all of the Award Nominees and sponsors.

The tailor-made start along with the upbeat and fun repertoire was a huge hit amongst all of the guests, and the staff at Wedding Ideas- as well as the very lovely TV Presenter and Award host Jenni Falconer.

Saving our client from becoming a post-christmas Turkey!

As the cold set in after the Christmas festivities, the first week in January saw us quickly firing on all cylinders helping an under pressure client meet a tricky entertainment request from one of Turkey's most successful companies. With more brief changes than we've had hot dinners, we put together a truly superb show for over 600 guests.

Pulling out the big guns led by our esteemed Creative Director, Tim Rogers, we developed an hour long bespoke show that incorporated the best of opera, swing and contemporary music. The mix ended with a cracking combination of Nessun Dorma followed by an energising Queen medley before finishing with My Way in three part harmony. Guests and the client were delighted with the results and we are delighted to be heading back out to Turkey shortly for a repeat performance.

The team was just one of several that had to dodge the snow in order to perform abroad - well done boys and girls!

Yvette Robinson, Incognito Diva is currently appearing in the West End Hit, 'Priscilla Queen of the Desert', as Marion.

Yvette is one of Incognito's most established Divas, with over 5 Years of undercover performing under her belt.

After training at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, she has gone on to appear in theatre, TV and film in Australia, Germany and the UK.

In the last few years, she has gone on to write and record her own album, 'Playground', and has been gigging at prestigious venues such as "The Cobden Club" "The Gardening Club" "The Bedford" "Betsey Trotwood" & "Big Note", to name a few.

We're very proud and lucky to have Yvette on board, and recommend that you go and see her in action!

Sunshine at Christmas

Geoff Sewell, Meshell Dillon and Mark Goldthorp - Tenors and Divas Incognito - are honoured, humbled and thrilled to have been asked to open tonight's Sunshine at Christmas’ concert at The Troxy, in Limehouse, London.

The concert will be featuring peformances by JLS, The Saturdays, Taio Cruz, George Sampson and Julian Smith - with JK and Joel hosting the evening.

Sunshine at Christmas’ concert has been put together by the fabulous charity, Ray of Sunshine who exist to grant the wishes of children who are living with serious or life-threatening illnesses between the ages of 3-18 who live in the United Kingdom.

Top Tenor and Diva get lead role in Rat Pack

Huge congratulations to two of our star performers, Mike Howard Smith and Lisa Donmall for securing key roles in the famous Rat Pack show in the States. Made famous by Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Junior, Mike is playing the awesome Dean Martin with Lisa as one of the stunning supporting Divas. Great footage on Fox - along with a terrific copy of David Beckham's latest barnet.

Singing Superheroes stopped by security.. but not for long!!

Last week our team of caped crooners descended on Trafalgar Square to give the public a burst of opera. Unfortunately whilst full concerts are allowed at Trafalgar Square, our team of Singing Superheroes weren't allowed to play live music, and as sure as eggs are eggs an over officious security guard tried to intervene.. However, he rather unwilling became the star of the show! This typically British bureaucracy didn't stop the team however, who then performed 'within regulations' to the crowds by the National Gallery... enjoy!!

Singing Superheroes Surprise the Public at Piccadilly

The pride of the West End were out in force yesterday as the Singing Superheroes were hard at work putting a smile on the faces of the unsuspecting tourists in Piccadilly. After obligatory press photographs, the rousing renditions of Funiculi Funicula and That's Amore immediately gathered a crowd and got everybody in a great mood - there was certainly a lot of love being spread!

Keep your suggestions coming in for worthwhile venues and charitable organisations that could do with a superhero performance. We've had some great nominations such as children's hospitals and kids centres so thank you for putting to those who contacted us.

Singing Superheroes: Calling All Londoners!

The Incognito team is surprising Londoners in the lead up to Christmas by popping up around the city dressed as lycra-clad superheroes, singing opera! We've already made the striking Royal Mail workers smile on their picket line and surprised the tourists at Trafalgar Square, and will be hitting more famous sites of London as the weeks go by.

It is part of a campaign to put on performances for those Londoners having a particularly tough time. So, if you know of a worthy organisation such as a childrens' hospital, hospice or equally deserving organisation or location, get in touch. Incognito support The Autism Trust

Geoff Sewell and Incognito were proud to perform at the Autism Trust conference in Berkshire, UK on Saturday 24 October 2009 alongside talented young stars Sam Rudderham and Derek Paravicini, both of whom have an autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Geoff’s daughters Sienna and Olivia also excitedly took to the stage. It was an extraordinary and moving evening.

The boys had an absolute blast and came back raving about how happy the bride & groom were and how triumphant the gig was... Everyone loved the performance.

LIVE AND UNPLUGGED, in support of our artists.

We, at Incognito Artists invite you for an evening of unbeatable talent, from the fantatsic singer/songwriters in the Incognito family.

This night is all about our performers at Incognito Artists. In support of their Art we’ve come up with an idea for a night of discovery, development and promotion of their amazing talents.

The Tenors & Divas will be performing original material (and some covers) live and unplugged; it will be an event not to be missed.

Location: Ruby Idlewild Bar, 55 Shirland Road, Maida Vale, W9.
Details: Doors Open from 7pm.
Entrance: £5 to get in, and 100% of the money will be split among the evening’s performers,
Incognito Artists will make no monetary gain from this event.

The room only holds 80 so prompt attendance will be crucial if you want to join in the fun.

A BIG well done from all of us to Charlie, who completed the London Triathlon in under 3 hours. Pretty impressive stuff I am sure you agree.

Charlie Vaughan-Griffith - Competes for Charity

With less than a week to go, Sales Manager Charlie will be taking part in this year's London Triathlon - the full Olympic distance. This is his first full triathlon and for the uninitiated this involves a 1500 meter swim, 40k on the bike and 10k run to finish it off with.

Having spent months training hard and being utterly dedicated, this time on Sunday we will see him crossing the finishing line.

Charlie is doing this for Help For Heroes - a charity close to him and his family.

Help for Heroes helps and provides our amazing servicemen & women who return injured from Iraq and Afghanistan with the support and rehabilitation that they so desperately need and deserve. With our help a huge difference can be made to the lives of those returning from the front line.

There is a huge amount to do so please, join all of us at Incognito Artists in supporting Charlie in his Triathlon ; and in return help these heroic men and women, who risk their lives every day by 'just doing their jobs'.

An exciting weekend for Incognito Artists

We have a busy weekend planned for our Tenors & Divas teams and are looking forward to the feedback from our wonderful clients on Monday morning.

Kicking off the weekend one of the US teams are performing today in NYC at the amazing La Cirque restaurant! Go team USA!!

Whilst Geoff Sewell and team are now in Malta preparing to perform at a very glamorous and prestigious birthday party tonight; our other fabulous teams are all set and raring to go for their performances at weddings and other birthday parties up and down the UK.

And Sunday rounds us off with a surprise performance at a sporting event, but its a huge surprise so we shall remain incognito about this one...

Incognito Legends Lunch

This week Incognito Artists held the second 'Legends Lunch' at the amazing venue, the Saatchi Gallery.

Charlie Mullins successful entrepreneur and owner of leading independent plumbing firm, Pimlico Plumbers was the guest of honour at the lunch and gave interesting insights as well as fantastic & inspirational advice to the other delegates from London’s Top Event Management & Entertainment Companies.

Giving us his feedback on the lunch meeting, Charlie said;
"A man who never made a mistake never made anything!
We are not going to change the world overnight, but with the sharing of ideas, ambition and enthusiasm, and few experiences that didn’t quite go to script, we will not only all benefit, but also put a few things right along the way."
